Matej Keka, PHF
Private and professional biography
Matej Keka is a professional with a diverse background in marketing, project management, fundraising and community building. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Diplomatic Academy and CEVRO University, with academic focus in international relations and intercultural management, complemented by study exchanges in Croatia, Spain, Slovenia, and Poland.
He is employed at Unilever Food Solutions in Prague as an Omnichannel Trade Marketing Manager, where he develops and executes integrated marketing and promotional initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams. In addition to his corporate role, Matej is active in community and youth development: he founded Speechless Reconciliation, a value-based leadership initiative for disadvantaged youth (120+ participants reached), and Susterum (2026), a program equipping talented young people (18–25) from disadvantaged backgrounds to design, launch, and sustain real-world communities. He also supports NGOs as a fundraising advisor and strategic consultant, having helped raise more than €300,000 over the last four years.
Rotary biography
Matej joined the Rotary Club Prague International in February 2021. Since then, he has volunteered in multiple club initiatives and is currently supporting the Rotary tree planting initiative in the Czech Republic. Within the Rotary Club Prague International, he also initiated Speechless Reconciliation—today a standalone NGO dedicated to empowering disadvantaged youth through value-based leadership and developmental programs. He is also a recipient of 2 Paul Harris Fellowships.
